    All employers who are responsable for the maintenance of nursuries within their establishments according to the provisions of the Decree concerning the Conditions of work for expectant and nursing mothers, nursing rooms and child care facilities are also responsable for the maintenance of pre-scolar institutions for children aged between 36-72 months. The employer has to recruit personnel considered to be neccessary for the proper functioning of these institutions.
