El citado decreto-ley modifica el Estatuto de la Inspección General de Trabajo, aprobado por el Decreto-Ley núm. 19/2010. Así, añade el artículo 56-A, en el que se establece la Norma de transición a la carrera del Régimen Especial para los funcionarios que desempeñan la carrera de Inspectores del Trabajo y se encuentran sujetos al régimen de la carrera general de la Función Pública.
