Chapter 4 regulates duties and powers of armed police. Chapter 5 deals with different crimes and punishments. Finally, Chapter 6 provides for armed police special courts and appeals.

Also amends sections concerning promotion, disqualification of candidacy, temporary appointments, transfers, deputation, evaluation, complaints, and retirement. S. 36 provides that non-gazetted and unclassified employees may form unions.
