Establishes a Council for technical education and vocational training.Prior to this Act, some of the functions now to be performed by the Council resided in a Development Board under an order issued under the Development Boards Act, 2013. That Board has now been replaced by the Council. The Act provides for the formation of committees, sub-committees and work-teams; authorized the Council to seek financial supports; has certain general provisions relating to Council employees; and creates a separate fund for the Council
