    Regulates establishment and powers of Wages Councils. Divided into 4 parts. Part 1 contains preliminary provisions. Part 2 provides for establishment of Wages Councils. Part 3 makes provision for power to fix remuneration and holidays, effect and enforcement of wages regulation orders, permits to infirm and incapacitated persons, computation of remuneration, records and notices and some related matters. Any wages council has power to submit to Minister proposal for fixing of remuneration of workers, and regarding holidays. Part 4 contains miscellaneous provisions.
