    Makes numerous amendments to the Act to reform the provisions concerning termination of employment. These include amendments to Sections 2 (definitions); 4 (complaints of unfair dismissal to be treated by the Labour Commissioner); 26 (continuous employment); 29A (probationary period); Part VI (repealed). Adds new Sections 36 to 48 concerning termination of contract, notice periods, unfair dismissal. Repeals and replaces Section 183 concerning severance pay and amends Section 184. Inserts new Part XX establishing a Labour Complaints Tribunal.
