The Law on Civil Servants 1979 is amended with regard to retirement, the Law on Salary 1956 is amended with regard to claims in case of prevention of work, the Law on Pension 1965 is amended with regard to income, and widows, the Law on Additional Allowances is amended with regard to pensions-contributions, the Law on the Judicial Service is amended with regard to retirement, the Law on the Service of Teachers is amended with regard to retirement, the Law on the Service of Teachers in Agriculture and Forestry 1985 is amended with regard to retirement, the Law on Pension of the Federal Theater is amended with regard to income and retirement, the Law on Partial Pension is amended with regard to dates of birth and pensions, the Law on the Constitutional Court is amended with regard to pensions, the Law on Special Regulations for Institutions for Allocated Civil Servants is amended with regard to holidays, the Law on the Postal Structure is amended with regard to contributions, and the Law on the Federal Railways 1992 is amended with regard to pension-contributions. The Law also creates a Law on the Pension of Civil Servants of the Austrian Federal Railways, which regulates all aspects of pensions, such as the pension itself, widows, and pension contribution.
