    Several articles from Law No. 5 are Amended:
    1. Article 51 and Article 52 are replaced with the following: an employer is allowed to ask his employees to work extra hours during holidays in certain cases, as long as they are receiving extra payment for those hours.
    2. Article 63 is replaced with: Sick leave of up to 3 days needs to be approved by a governmental medical bored; the employee should report his sick leave within the first two days of his illness. In all cases an employee is entitled to 15 sick leaves a year.
    3. Article 77 (3) is replaced: promotion of level one and two employees is according to qualification under the certain vacancies.
    4. Article 124 is replaced with several charts of the different positions, salaries, professional qualifications and bonuses of the employees.

Provides penalties for other persons involved in trafficking. Also provides for the establishment of the National Committee for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, sets out its composition and competencies.

Article 2 provides for the establishment of the Pesticides Committee, which shall have the following competences: examine and evaluate the applications for pesticide registration; list expired pesticides for finding suitable solutions; encourage the use of alternative chemical pesticides; and, propose education and information programmes related to the correct and secure use of pesticides. Article 3 lists pesticides prohibited from registration and importation. Article 4 defines procedures for the registration of pesticides. Articles 6 and 7 deal with the revocation of registration and re-registration of pesticides. Article 8 provides for licences necessary for the importation of pesticides. Articles 10 and 11 define requirements, conditions and data for pesticides as well as the information to be included in pesticides' labels. Articles 13-15 deal with the sampling and analysis of pesticides. Article 16 deals with the control and inspection on pesticides. Article 17 prohibits the issuance of any technical bulletin or advertising any pesticides before the approval of the concerned Authority. Article 18 gives six months to regulate activities related to pesticides according to the Federal Law No. 41 of 1992.

Article 4 lists steps to be taken for pesticides registration. Articles 6 and 7 deal with the revocation of pesticide's registration and pesticide's re-registration. Article 8 lists the prohibited pesticides. Article 10 pertains to licences. Article 12 defines requirements, conditions and data for pesticides. Articles 15 to 18 deal with the sampling and analysis of pesticides. Article 19 contains provisions on the control and inspection of pesticides.
