    Concerns workers who directly participate in railway traffic. Medical examinations are conducted, inter alia, before the conclusion of the labour relation for the evaluation of the worker's psychological and physical ability (general state of health, sight, hearing and balance).

    Insurance of properties and persons is voluntary (except for special cases defined by the Act). Provides for different forms of insurance companies, their activity, financing and results. Insurance is compulsory for travellers in public transportation in the event of accident, owners of motorized and flying vehicles and bank deposits.

    Regulations containing technical standards applicable to handling of explosives and blasting in the mining industry. Text No. 329.

    The Regulations, consisting of 305 sections, deal with the receipt, transport, stocking, guarding, delivery, use and destruction of authorised explosures, precautions to take and inspections to carry out, especially during handling between storage pits and mining operation sites. They also set forth the requirements such operations must meet, depending upon whether they are underground or surface operations. Special provisions concern the use of underground water and minerals, petroleum and natural gas. Repeals, in particular, the Regulations of 26 Jan. 1967 on protective measures in the handling of explosives during blasting operations in mines. Entry into force six months following publication.
