    Aims to eliminate risks of flood in the course of exploitation. Prohibits labour in the lack of surveillance by a mining engineer. Foresees the installation of telephones and an obligatory mechanism of alarm. In the case of collapse, work must be halted under the surveillance of competent personnel.

Women and minors above 16 years of age who have completed training at special technical and vocational traning schools and have acquired vocational skills in a trade may be employed in heavy or dangerous work. Section 3 regulates issuance of medical certificate. Unofficial English translation available.
