    The Legislative Decree grants retired public sector employees, both civilian and military personnel, a monthly increase of SYP 2500 in their salaries.

    Increases the monthly minimum wage to SYP 16,175 for employees in the private sector, the cooperative sector, and the mixed public-private sectors not subject to the provisions of the Public Employment Law.

    This Decree increases the monthly salaries and wages for Civil and Military Servants, as follows:

    40% of the first 10.000 SYP of the monthly salary and wage.
    20% for the second SYP 10.000 of the salary.
    10% for the third SYP 10.000 of the salary.
    5% for the amount which increases the third SYP 10.000 of the salary.

    The Decree increased the minimum wage of the private, cooperative and joint sector which is not included in the rules of the State's Employees Basic Law No. 50 for 2004 to 13670SYP per month.
