    Loi du 14 juillet 2008 sur le dédommagement des salariés ayant perdus leur emplois suite à la privatisation ou à la liquidation des entreprises dans lesquelles l'Etat détenait la majorité des parts entre 2000 et 2004.

    Concerne les personnes ayant au moins 25 ans expérience professionnelle. Le montant du dédommagement est fixé à 34% du salaire mensuel moyen versé l'année précédant la perte d'emploi et se paye jusqu'à ce que le salarié concerné trouve un nouveau travail ou obtient une pension de retraite.
