According to the Law "On Migration", establishes:
1) the Rules of Entry and Stay of Immigrants in the Republic of Kazakhstan, also their Leave from thereof, with the following content:
1. General provisions,
2. Procedure of entry and stay of immigrants in the Republic of Kazakhstan, also their leave from thereof,
3. Procedure of entry and stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan of citizens of certain foreign countries, also their leave from the Republic of Kazakhstan,
4. Move and transit of immigrants on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their choice of living place in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2) The Rules of Migration Control Application, also of the Registration of Foreigners and Persons Without Citizenship, Illegally Crossing the Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Illegally Staying on the Territory thereof, also the Persons who are Prohibited to Enter the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the following content:
1. General provisions,
2. Migration control application
3. registration of foreigners and persons without citizenship, illegally crossing the border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, illegally staying on the territory thereof, also the persons who are prohibited to enter the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Repeals the Government Decree No.136 of 28 January 2000 "Certain Issues of Legal Regulation of Staying of Foreigners in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP Respubliki Kazakhstan, 2000, No.4, p. 55).

Provides that the Ministry of Social Protection of Kazakhstan transfers the responsibility of organizing pension insurance for the inhabitants of the city of Baikonur to the Russian Federation competent bodies (Ministry of Social Protection and Pension fund).

Dans le domaine de l'emploi, la coopération comporte notamment une assistance technique relative à l'optimisation du marché du travail et à la modernisation des services de placement et d'orientation. Les parties accordent une attention particulière à la coopération dans le domaine de la protection sociale, notamment à la coopération en matière de planification et de mise en oeuvre des réformes de protection sociale au Kazakhstan.
