Presidential Decree on amendment to Presidential Decree No.23/1994 on appointment of midwives as non-regular employees (No. 77/2000).

Amends Article 7 paragraph 1 of the Presidential Decree No. 23/1994 on Appointment of Midwives As Non-Regular Employees. Establishes that the duration of employment as a non-Regular employee is three years, which can be extended twice by three years.
