    Sets forth obligations of employers employing female workers between 23.00 p.m and 07.00 a.m.. Employer is obliged to provide nutritious foods and drinks, and to maintain morality and security in the workplace. Employer is also obliged to provide shuttle transport for female workers departing and returning from work between 11:00 p.m. and 05:00 a.m..

    Regulation on the Procedure to Employ Women Workers at Night No.04/MEN/1989

    This Regulation of the Minister of Manpower provides that employers must obtain permission from the Minister of Manpower in order to employ women at night. Permission will be granted to enterprises which must operate continously, or to achieve a production target, or where the quality of production will be improved by using women workers. Such women workers cannot be pregnant or under 18, unless married, and approval must be obtained from either husband, parents, or guardian.
