Manpower Supervisory Committee (Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No. 10/2012). Adoption: 2012-04-20 | IDN-2012-R-95239 Establishes the Manpower Supervisory Committee which is comprised of representatives of government bodies, employers organisations, trade unions and other stakeholders. Its role is to strengthen the implementation of labour inspections in processing law enforcement on inspections. It is to monitor, give input, provide suggestions and give consideration to the Minister on the implementation of labour inspection laws and regulations.
