Ratification of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination 1965. Provides for the establishment of a Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination in order to monitor the implementation of the Convention.

Contains provisions on the form of wages, the manner of wage payment, fines and wage deductions. Entitles workers to sick pay under certain conditions. In detrmining the wage, prohibits discrimination between men and women workers for work of equal value.
