Act on the Agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and Hungary on Social Security.

Gives effect to the agreement on social security concluded between Germany and Hungary on 4 October 1999. The agreement makes provision for the payment of health insurance, accident insurance, and old age benefits to residents of the other state.

Les dispositions du présent accord ne portent pas atteinte aux obligations découlant des conventions adoptées par la Conférence internationale du Travail, et ne sont pas applicables, en ce qui concerne les branches et les personnes qu'il vise, dčs lors que sont applicables: a) les dispositionss de l'accord concernant la sécurité sociale des bateliers rhénans (révisé) du 30 novembre 1979, b) les dispositionss relatives ŕ la sécurité sociale du Traité du 25 mars 1957 instituant la Communauté économique européenne, et de l'accord du 2 mai 1992 sur l'Espace économique européen, c) les dispositionss de toute convention de sécurité sociale liant deux ou plusieurs Parties contractantes.

Agreement of 16 December 1991 establishing an association between the European Community and its member States, and the Republic of Hungary.

Provides for Hungary's political integration into Europe and its economic rapprochement with the European Union. In particular, envisages the establishment, over a period of ten years, of a free trade area, within which there will be a free movement of goods, persons and companies, and services. Special provisions govern the movement of capital, competition, approximation of laws, investment promotion and protection, and a number of other issues. Chapter I of Title IV deals with the movement of workers. The treatment accorded to workers of Hungarian nationality legally employed in the territory of a Member State shall be free from any discrimination and the legally resident spouse and children of such a worker shall have access to the labour market. Contains special provisions relating to the coordination of social security systems. Available in English.

Proclamation de la Convention sur les droits de l'enfant, adoptée par les Nations-Unies le 20 nov. 1989. En particulier, cette Convention concerne le droit des enfants ŕ une éducation qui les prépare au monde du travail (articles 28-29) et elle interdit le travail des enfants dans des conditions qui pourraient ętre préjudicielles ŕ leur santé ou développement.

Ordonnance no. 55/1990 du Conseil des ministres portant promulgation de l'accord entre les Gouvernements de la République hongroise et de la République fédérale d'Allemagne, signé ŕ Budapest le 18 décembre 1989, relatif ŕ l'emploi de travailleurs étrangers en vue d'améliorer leurs connaissances professionnelles et linguistiques.

Cette ordonnance s'applique aux personnes de 18 ŕ 40 ans qui ont déjŕ une formation professionnelle et qui désirent un poste temporaire dans l'un des pays signataires afin de perfectionner leurs connaisssances professionnelles et linguistiques. L'accord est en vigueur pour une période de trois ans.
