    Law No. 3488, of 6 September 2006, on the equality of treatment between men and women concerning access to employment, vocational training and professional promotion, and related to the conditions of work and other provisions.

    Amends all the provisions of Law 1414/1984 apart from paragraphs 4 and 5 of the article 4, the first section of paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 8, the first section of paragraph 1 of article 9, and articles 11 and 14.
    Adapts the national legislation to Directive 2002/73/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 September 2002, which amends the Directive 76/207/EEC.

    NOTE: This Law has been amended by Law No. 3896 of 2010. All of the articles have been repeals apart from the provisions in article 13(7) and the provisions of articles 21 and 23.

    Arrêté no 2/17961/0020 du 27 janvier 2000 du ministre de l'Economie nationale, du ministre des Finances et du ministre de la Santé et de la Prévoyance, concernant l'ajustement des revenus familiaux, l'allocation pour le troisième enfant et l'allocation pour les familles nombreuses, ainsi que la pension de retraite accordée à vie aux mères des familles nombreuses.

    Prévoit un ajustement des seuils des revenus familiaux conformément à l'art. 39 de la loi no 2459/97. Fixe le montant de l'allocation pour un troisième enfant, de l'allocation accordée aux mères de familles avec plusieurs enfants et de la pension de retraite accordée aux mères des familles nombreuses.

Met en oeuvre les dispositions de la loi no 1835 de 1989 sur la création du ministère du Tourisme et la Résolution de certains problèmes de l'administration publique. Les objectifs et le mandat du centre sont énumérés à l'article 5 de la loi de 1989.

    Le transfert de compétence porte, entre autres, sur les réponses aux requêtes, plaintes ou dénonciations de citoyens relatives aux activités des agents du service, la correspondance avec les autres ministères et l'élaboration et présentation de programmes aux différentes organisations internationales, ainsi que leur gestion et mise en application.
