    Constitution of Greece. Divided into four main parts. Part 1 contains basic provisions. Regulates form of government and relations between church and state. Part 2 sets forth individual and social rights. Part 3 provides for organisation and functions of the state. Regulates structure of state; election, powers and duties of president of the Republic; election, composition, powers and duties of parliament; functions and composition of government; judicial power; and organisation of administration. Part 4 contains special, final and transitory provisions.
