Introduces 10 articles concerning improvement of the quality of time-limited employment; equal treatment; the impact of collective agreements on the act; limitations to several time-limited contracts following each other; the employer's obligation to inform fixed-term employees about opportunities to obtain permanent employment and vocational training; compensation rights for employees whose rights according to this act have been violated; entry into force; and integration of the EU Council Directive on fixed-term work.
