    Introduces the following 5 chapters on the basis of the Disabled Workers' Compensation Act of 2009:
    Chapter 1 (art. 1) concerning purpose and scope of the Order.
    Chapter 2 (art. 2-9) concerning affirmative action in the labour market and access to transport.
    Chapter 3 (art. 10-29) concerning personal assistants for disabled persons in the labour market or educational institutions; the skills required of the assistants; assistance if the disabled person falls ill or is on work-related travel; the amount of compensations; and the disabled worker's obligation to provide sufficient information.
    Chapter 4 (art. 30-34) concerning personal assistance for the disabled during adult education and/or higher education.
    Chapter 5 (art. 35-37) concerning complaints, appeals and entry into force.

    Introduces the following 8 chapters:

    Chapter 1 (art. 1-2) concerning purpose and scope of the Consolidated Act.
    Chapter 2 (art. 3) concerning affirmative action in the labour market and access to transport.
    Chapter 3 (art. 4-13) concerning personal assistants for disabled persons in the labour market or educational institutions; the skills required of the assistants; assistance if the disabled person falls ill or is on work-related travel; the amount of compensations; and the disabled worker's obligation to provide sufficient information.
    Chapter 4 (art. 14) concerning personal assistance for the disabled during adult education and/or higher education.
    Chapter 5 (art. 15) concerning subsidized employment for newly graduated persons with disabilities.
    Chapter 6 (art. 16a-b) concerning administration, beneficiaries' duty to report and potential obligations refund of compensation.
    Chapter 7 (art. 17-17d) concerning collective bargaining; production of yearly report on disabled persons on the labour market; complaint system; and state financing of mechanisms included in the consolidated act.
    Chapter 8 (art. 18-20) concerning entry into force.

    Act (No. 277 of 1999) to amend the Act to compensate disabled persons in employment (No. 293 of 1998).

    Amends several sections and adds s. 17a (appeals' procedure).

    Contains 20 sections covering, inter alia, objective, scope of application, special assistance to disabled persons (in case of deficient eyesight and hearing, and other disabilities for which assistance is needed for the execution of work), administration, appeal, assistance during training period, and special tools for disabled persons. Repeals Act (No. 928 of 1991) respecting individual assistance to disabled persons in employment.

    Notification respecting grants for personal assistance for disabled persons in employment (No. 302 of 1995).

    Provides for rules in respect of the categories of persons eligible for assistance and the types of assistance for which grants can be paid.
