Amends several provisions, inter alia, ss. 4 (3) (communication of employment opportunities) and 9 (2) (statistics of daily cash beneficiaries). Adds several sections, inter alia, ss. 13a (reporting of daily cash beneficiaries to employment service; reporting of refusal of job offer or of absence from appointment), 20a (8) (notification of daily cash beneficiary by employment service), and 143a and 143b (rights and duies of certain categories of unemployed persons).
