    El decreto citado modifica los artículos 157, 158, 159, 161, 166, 167, 168 y 169 del Código Penal, aprobado por el Decreto-Ley núm. 58/95/M, de 14 de noviembre, tipificando y estableciendo las penas para los delitos de violación, coacción sexual, abuso sexual de persona incapaz de resistirse, fraude sexual, abuso sexual de niños, abuso sexual de alumnos y personas a cargo, estupro y acto sexual con menores, respectivamente. Asimismo, modifica los artículos 171, relativo a la agravación de las penas, 172, sobre la denuncia de los delitos mencionados, y 173, que trata de la suspensión del ejercicio de la patria potestad, tutela o curatela para los condenados por crímenes sexuales.
