Regulations Governing Extension of Unemployment Benefit Payment to Workers with Employment Insurance, 2010. (就業保險延長失業給付實施辦法) -

These Regulations are established in pursuance to Paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Employment Insurance Act. Provides that the central competent authority may announce extension of unemployment benefit payment up to the maximum of nine months under certain circumstances.

Define el régimen de atribución de incentivos y formación a los desempelados locales que concede el Fondo de Seguridad Social (FSS). La concesión de dichos incentivos tiene por finalidad la integración laboral de los desempleados de difícil colocación en el mercado de trabajo, el apoyo a la inserción sociolaboral de los desempleados con deficiencia física o comportamental, la contratación de jóvenes en busca del primer empleo, la formación de desempleados con vistas a su reintegración en el mercado laboral y la concesión de subsidio de las acciones de formación a los desempleados.

El subsidio por desempleo puede ser atribuído hasta el máximo de 90 días por cada período de 12 meses, contado desde la fecha de inscripción en la bolsa de empleo de la Dirección de Servicios de trabajo y empleo.

Provisional Regulations on unemployment insurance for workers and employees in state-run enterprises, issued by the State Council.

Under these Regulations, an Unemployment Insurance Fund is set up, in part to ensure that the basic daily needs of workers and employees in state-run enterprises are met. The Regulations apply to workers and employees of bankrupt enterprises, those laid off or made redundant by an enterprise on the verge of bankruptcy or undergoing reorganisation during the period fixed by law, those whose contracts of employment have been terminated or cancelled by the enterprise and those who have been dismissed (s. 2). The Regulations provide for contributions to the Fund by workers and enterprises, and set forth the purposes for which payments may be made from the Fund (e.g. unemployment relief and medical care expenses, training or removal expenses). Employment services attached to the local labour administrative authorities are in charge of the Fund as well as of providing employment guidance and job referrals for the unemployed (s. 12). Entry into force 1 Oct. 1986.
