Fisheries Law of the People's Republic of China (PRC Presidential Order No. 34 of 1986). -

The purpose of this Law is to regulate economic activities in fishing, and to protect fishing workers' lawful rights and interests (Ch. I). Ch. II concerns aquaculture. Ch. III provides for fishing. Ch. IV deals with fishing resources.Ch. V specifies legal liability for compliance with the Law. Ch. VI stipulates supplementary provisions.
