    La realización del régimen de seguridad social está a cargo del Fondo de Seguridad Social, en el que están obligatoriamente inscritos todos los trabajadores por cuenta de otro, residentes en Macao. Enumera las prestaciones: pensiones por vejez, invalidez y social, prestaciones suplementarias, subsidios de desempleo, de enfermedad, de nacimiento, de matrimonio, de funeral, prestaciones por neumoconiosis y establece la manera de fijar la cuantía de las prestaciones, su intransmisibilidad, salvo fallecimiento del beneficiario, el pago de las contribuciones, régimen sancionatorio, etc. El artículo 38 establece que el Fondo asegura a los beneficiarios el pago de los créditos emergentes de las relaciones de trabajo que éstos no consigan recibir de las respectivas entidades empleadoras, por motivo de su insuficiencia económica o financiera.

These Rules make provisions for the passing of such resolutions.

    This Ordinance provides for the protection of the entitlement of employees and others to compensation or damages for employment-related injury, for the protection of employers against default under policies of insurance in respect of their liability for such compensation or damages, and for the establishment of a board and a fund for those purposes.

    Regulations governing Relocation of Urban Housing.

    Regulations applying to the dismantling of houses for urban construction in city planning zones. Their stated purpose is "to cope with the demands of urban construction and national economic development, strengthen management in relocating urban housing and protect the legitimate rights of citizens". Provision is made for payment of compensation to the owners of duly licensed premises scheduled for demolition. Mention is also made of relocation accommodation.
