Establece un sistema de emisión de tarjetas de seguridad ocupacional para el sector de la construcción civil, con la finalidad de que las personas que ejerzan tal actividad posean conocimientos básicos sobre las medidas de seguridad en ese ámbito. Asimismo, se prevén las condiciones para la obtención de dicha tarjeta, par lo cual el interesado deberá, que ente otras cosas, realizar de cursos de formación en dicha esfera.
