    Amends the following laws:
    - Article 4 of the Law of 9 November 2009 amending and supplementing certain Laws on Education ( Natsionalnii Reyestr Pravavix Aktov Respubliki Belarus, 2009, No. 276, 2/1603);
    - Article 4 of the Law of 13 December 2011 of the Investigative Committee amending and supplementing certain Laws on Education ( Natsionalnii Reyestr Pravavix Aktov Respubliki Belarus, 2011, No. 140, 2/1877);
    - Article 51.1 of the Law of 30 December 2011 on Bar and the Legal Profession ( Natsionalnii Reyestr Pravavix Aktov Respubliki Belarus, 2011, No. 2, 2/1884);
    - Article 1 of the Law of 7 January 2012 amending and supplementing certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus ( Natsionalnii Reyestr Pravavix Aktov Respubliki Belarus, 2012, No. 9, 2/1896).

  4. Belarus - Workers with family responsibilities - Regulation, Decree, Ordinance

    Presidential Decree No. 95 of 14 February 2006 to increase material assistance to families raising children under 3 years of age.

    Foreigners residing in the country have a right to family benefits providing that an international agreement between the Republic of Belarus and his home country has been entered into regarding that matter. Stateless persons residing in the country permanently have the same right.
