    Approves the Concept of Social Rehabilitation of Persons Suffering from Alcoholism, Drug Addiction, Substance Abuse, with Obligatory Enrollment into Labour, which sets the general provisions (Chapter I); regulates the procedure of social rehabilitation (adaptation) (Chapter II); sets the goals and objectives of social rehabilitation (adaptation) with obligatory enrollment into labour (Chapter IV); deals with the measures of this conception (Chapter V); regulates the scientific, staff and financial provision of the realization of this conception (Chapter VI); final provisions (Chapter VII).

    Introduces, inter alia, general concepts, the principles of combatting corruption, the system of measures for combating corruption (Chapter I); also state bodies who carry out combat against corruption, other organizations participating in the combatting (Chapter II); prevention of corruption (Chapter III); declaration of earnings and property (Chapter IV); corruption violations and elimination of consequences thereof (Chapters V, VI); control and supervision over battling corruption (Chapter VII).
    Also amends, inter alia, the Labour Code, particularly changing the wording of the first part and the title of article 27 which now reads: "Restriction of joint employment of close relatives or persons who are in adoption relations"; supplementing article 47 (Complementary reasons for termination of employment contract with certain categories of workers in certain conditions) with new para 5-1; also makes a minor change in article 198 (Measures for disciplinary penalty).
    Repeals the Law of 20 July 2006 "On Combatting Corruption" (Nationalnij reestr pravovikh aktov Respubliki Belarus, 2006, No.122, 2/1262).

    Introduces the concept of the alternative service as a socially useful activity carried out by the citizens of Belarus instead of military service, also the category of citizens who can be directed to carry out alternative service and organizations appropriate for that (Chapter I). Further, sets the state regulation of alternative service (Chapter II); replacement of military service with alternative service (Chapter III); carrying out alternative service (Chapter IV); social rights and guarantees for citizens carrying out alternative service (Chapter V); final provisions (Chapter VI).

    Sets the general provisions concerning, inter alia, the sphere of effect of this law, organizations and individual entrepreneurs providing psychiatric aid, the presumption of absence of psychiatric disorder (diseases), protection of rights and legal interests of patient (Chapter I); state regulation and state policy in the sphere of providing psychiatric aid, also state guarantees for persons suffering from psychiatric disorders (Chapter II); organization of psychiatric aid, rights and duties of patients when providing them psychiatric aid (Chapter III); rights and duties of medical workers who provide psychiatric aid (Chapter IV); psychiatric certification, forensic psychiatric examination (Chapter V); organization of psychiatric aid in ambulatory and stationary conditions (Chapters VI, VII); final provisions (Chapter VIII).
    Repeals the Law of 1 July 1999 "On Psychiatric Aid and Guarantees for Rights of Citizens when Providing Psychiatric Aid" (Nacionalnij Reestr pravovikh actov Respubliki Belarus, 1999, No.52, 2/49).

    Chapter I sets, inter alia, the general principles and objectives of the activity of prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency; state bodies, institutions, other organizations carrying out the prevention; the categories of the minors, who are the target of the individual preventive work; the reasons for application for prevention, also the time frames and reasons for the interruption of preventive measures. Introduces the rights of the minors who are in the institutions which carry out preventive work. Chapter II establishes the general directions of the activity of state bodies, institutions and other organizations who carry out the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency. Chapter III regulates the procedure of locating minors in special educational institutions and special health care-educational institutions. Chapter IV deals with the final provisions.
