| Résumé/Citation: | Article 1: Article 5 (I), Article18 (5), Article 19, Article 34, Article 41 (1,2,3), Article 144 and Article 165 of Law No. 79 of 1975 on Social Insurance are repealed and replaced by new paragraphs. Article 2: Schedules 4 and 6 that are attached to the Law No. 79 of 1975 on Social Insurance are repealed and replaced by new schedules. Article 3: A new paragraph (d) added to Article 2 of Law No. 79 of 1975 on Social Insurance. Article 4: Paragraphs 5 and 6 of Article 3 of the law 108 of 1976 concerning Social Insurance for Employers and Self-Employed are repealed and replaced by new paragraphs. |
