Repeals the Law On Environmental Protection (Latvijas Republikas Augstakas Padomes un Valdibas Zinotajs, 1991, No. 33/34).
Sections 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34 and 35 of this Law come into force on 30 April 2007; section 21, Paragraph three come into force on 1 January 2007; section 25, paragraph four, clause 10 come into force on 1 May 2008.
