| Résumé/Citation: | In accordance with the Constitution, the laws "On State Guarantees for Minimum Social Standards", "On the Basic Principles of Social Service of the Population", "On the Rights and Guarantees for the Disabled", also with the UN Conventions "On the Rights of the Child", and "On the Rights of the Disabled", establishes the "State Minimum Social Standards of Social Services for Persons with Disabilities Including Children in Semi-Stationary Organizations and Institutions of Social Service", which include: I: General provisions II: Principles of provision of social services III: Admission into the centres of social service IV: Definition of the needs of service recipients in social services, development and implementation of individual working plan. V: Requirements for social services provided by social service centres VI: Grounds for suspension and termination of provision of social services by social service centre.
