Résumé/Citation: With the aim of creating a sustainable and effective system of professional development of state and municipal servants, also in accordance, inter alia, with the laws "On State Service" and "On Municipal Service", establishes the Temporary provision on the procedure of training of state and municipal servants, which contains: general provisions, the procedure of organization of training, the organization of the general and administrative directions of the training with 2 appendices on the documentation of the procedure.
Also establishes the Temporary provision on the state order for the training of state and municipal servants, which contains: general provisions, the procedures of formation, financing, location and realization of the state order, with an appendix introducing the document form of the state order.
Recommends the state staff to introduce a law draft targeted at the perfection of the legislation on the state and municipal services.
The temporary provisions enter into force on 31 December 2015.
