Decree of the Council of Ministers No. 637 of 30 June 2014 on Establishment of the Provision on the Procedure of Payment of Additional Expenses Related to Damages to Health of Insured Based on Compulsory Insurance against Industrial Accidents and from Occupational Diseases, also to Amend and Supplement or Repeal Certain Decrees (and Certain Provisions thereof) of the Council of Ministers.

Second Region

Establishes the Provision on the Procedure of Payment of Additional Expenses Related to Damages of Health of Insured on the Basis of Compulsory Insurance against Industrial Accidents and from Occupational Diseases, also to Amend and Supplement or Repeal Certain Decrees (and Certain Provisions thereof) of the Council of Ministers.

Chapter IV: Payment of additional expenditures of medical aid and rehabilitation of insured person
Chapter V: Payment of additional expenditures of purchase of medicine, devices of medical purpose and personal care
Chapter VI: Payment of additional expenditures of additional food of insured person
Chapter VII: Payment of additional expenditures of out-of-range (special medical and household) care for insured person
Chapter VIII: Payment of additional expenditures of spa treatment of insured person
Chapter IX: Payment of additional expenditures of providing insured person with technical means of social rehabilitation and related devices, also the repair thereof
Chapter X: Payment of additional expenditures of transportation of insured person
Chapter XI: Payment of additional expenditures of education of insured person
Chapter XII: Payment of additional expenditures of creating work place for insured person.

Also amends several provisions established by decrees of the Council of Ministers concerning, inter alia, the functions of the Ministry of Finances, the procedure of payment to the insured of the insurance contributions for the compulsory insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases, the rules of investigation and registration of industrial accidents and occupational diseases, rules of granting visas.
Repeals, inter alia, the Decree of the Council of Ministers No. 1300 of 10 October 2003 "On the establishment of the Provision on the terms, sizes and procedure of payment for additional expenses linked with injury of the health of insured person by compulsory insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases, also for expenses of his/her medical, social and professional rehabilitation" (Nationalnij Reestr Pravovikh Aktov Respubliki Belarus, 2003, No. 115, 5/13176).
