Résumé/Citation: Amends, inter alia: the Law of 12 April 1992 "On Pension Insurance", introducing new wording to articles 2 (On pension insurance of military servicemen, of officers and persons of other ranks and their families), 5 (Persons who have right to pensions), 8 (Means for payment of pensions), 12 (Right to pension by age for work in certain working conditions), also minor wording changes to articles 15, 23, 23-1, 24, 51, 54, 57, 58, 61, 73;
Also amends the Law of 5 January 2008 "On occupational pension insurance" rephrasing articles 1 (General terms used in this law and definitions thereof), 7 (Contributions for occupational pension insurance), 11 (Right to preterm occupational pension), 21 (Granting and payment of occupational pensions to insured persons working in special working conditions before the implementation of occupational pension insurance);
the Law of 6 January 2009 "On social protection of citizens suffered from the catastrophe of Chernobyl NPP and other radiation accidents" supplementing article 31 (On pension insurance of citizens suffered from the catastrophe of Chernobyl NPP and other radiation accidents) with a new para 2 establishing the terms for right to pensions by age.
Para 1, sub-paragraph 3 of para 6 and para 11 of article 1 of the law enter into force on 17 September 2014.
