Regulation sets out rules for:
1) Procedures for granting family benefits;
2) Examples of:
a) applications to establish right to family benefits;
b) tax authorities attestation on physical persons taxable income;
c) statements of family income, including the statements of individuals filing under the provisions of the lump-sum
income tax on certain income earned by individuals, and other statements necessary to establish the right to family benefits;
d) interview questionnaire as in the Act of 28 November 2003 on Family Benefits.
