| Résumé/Citation: | This Law establishes the Constitutional Court Law, it is financially and administratively independent. The Constitutional Court will monitor the constitutionality of laws and regulations in force, interpret provisions of the Constitution when requested, and issue its judgements in the name of the King. The Court will carry out these tasks when requested, either by a decision of the Council of Ministers or by a resolution taken by the Senate or the Chamber of Deputies, passed by an absolute majority. |
