Amends section 14, section 15 and section 16 (as amended by Ordinance 1420/2006) concerning restrictions in the granting of financial support, amount of the support, the support in relation to other state funding.

Introduces to the Ordinance a new section 15a concerning the amount of support granted to municipalities and municipal federations and, temporarily, a new section 15b concerning the amount of support granted to municipalities and municipal federations in some cases.
