Abstract/Citation
The consolidation of the Ordinance includes a total of 9 amending texts through September 2014 (up to Ordinance 2014:1098). The consolidated text includes various amendments.
Contains 8 chapters concerning, inter alia:
Chapter 1: Vocational training programmes at the vocational institution.
Chapter 2: The training.
Chapter 3: Access to education.
Chapter 4: Programme management.
Chapter 5: State funding.
Chapter 6: Insurance.
Chapter 7: Severance.
Chapter 8: Appeals.
Repeals Ordinance (2001:1131) on advanced vocational training and Ordinance (2008:48) on government grants for apprenticeships for adults for certain skilled trades. The repealed ordinances still applies for training receiving grants according to any of the ordinances prior 15 April 2009.
