Abstract/Citation
Amends the Federal Court Rules 1979 (S.R. No. 40) as amended, in respect of Rule 10 of Order 1 by substituting "Industrial Relations Act 1988" for "Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904", amends procedural provisions under s.261 of the Industrial Relations Act 1988, and amends Order 48 concerning Inquiries under the Industrial Relations Act 1988. Also amends the Australian Federal Police Act 1979 in respect of an appeal from a decision of the Disciplinary Tribunal.
