AN ACT to provide for greater protection of families and the handling of domestic violence and related matters.

Makes consequential amendments to the following:
- Section 77(1) of the Crimes Ordinance 1961 is amended by substituting "16" with "18".
- Section 26A of the Divorce and Matrimonial Causes Ordinance 1961 is amended by substituting the definition of "domestic violence" with the following: "has the same meaning ascribed to it under the Family Safety Act 2013.".
- Section 12 of the Infants Ordinance 1961 is amended by substituting "14" with "18" where it appears.
