Repeals the following laws:
- Law of 18 July 2000 on Economic Insolvency (Bankruptcy) ( Natsionalnii Reyestr Pravavix Aktov (NRPA) Respubliki Belarus, 2000, No. 73, 2/198);
- Article 20 of the Law of 4 January 2003 to Amend Certain Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus ( NRPA Respubliki Belarus, 2003, No. 8, 2/932);
- Article 33 of the Law of 29 June 2006 to Amend and Supplement the Law Concerning the Licensing of Certain Types of Activity and Repealing some Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus (NRPA Respubliki Belarus, 2006, No. 107, 2/1235);
- Article 10 of the Law of 11 July 2007 to Amend some Laws of the Republic of Armenia ( NRPA Respubliki Belarus, 2007, No. 170, 2/1348);
- Article 11 of the Law of 26 December 2007 to Amend and Supplement some Legal Acts and Specific Provisions of the Law on Insurance ( NRPA Respubliki Belarus, 2007, No. 305, 2/1397);
- Article 5 of the Law of 8 July 2008 to Amend and Supplement some Laws on Audit Activities ( NRPA Respubliki Belarus, 2008, No. 172, 2/1469);
