| Résumé/Citation: | Part I: General Provisions Part II: Legal Status of the Individuals Kept in Detention Facilities Part III: Regime in the Detention Facility and its Guarantee Part IV: Conclusive Provisions Article 31 provides that prisoners may be asked to work in remand centres on a voluntary basis. This work will be regulated by the labour laws and regulations. A list of positions and jobs that are not to be undertaken will be determined by the Rules of Procedure. |
