Résumé/Citation: The Regulation sets out:
1) detailed conditions and manner of cost reimbursement by the staroste (local authority) from the Labour Fund to:
a) entities conducting business activities;
b) agricultural producers;
c) non-public schools and kindergartens;
2) detailed conditions and procedures of granting one-time funding by the local authority (staroste) to start an economic activity from the Labour Fund to:
a) unemployed persons;
b) graduates from the Centre of Social Integration;
c) graduate from the Social Integration Club;
3) forms of securing the fund repayment to the Labour Fund in case of non-compliance with the grant agreement.
