Abstract/Citation
An Act to provide for the care, protection, maintenance, welfare, training, education, rehabilitation and reintegration of Children at risk in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Includes provisions concerning trafficking in children which is punishable under the Act to life imprisonment (article 52). Other offences include employing a child for begging (article 45) and committing offences concerning child pornography (article 48).
