Abstract/Citation
Every place where "Federal Government", and "Provincial Government" occur, these shall be substituted by the word "Government". Reference to "Pakistan" shall be substituted by "the Province of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa". Also make various other amendments concerning references to provincial not national application of the Act.
