Résumé/Citation: The below amendments are related to the increase in retirement age:
Article 1. Amendments to the Act of 17 December 1998 on Old-Age and Disability Pensions from the Social Insurance Fund. Incorporates changes in regard to the increase in the retirement age. Par. 24 added section 1a and 1b dealing with adjusted retirement age for women and men respectively for different age groups. Further amendments regulate the method of pensions from the Social Insurance Fund calculations and entitlement to such benefit.

Article 2. Amendment to the Act of 20 June 1985 on prosecutor's office. Deals with professional activity when reaching the retirement age of 67, in this case carrying on with duties is subjected to the general prosecutor's approval. Similar approvals are required in Military Prosecutor's office.

Article 3. Amendments to Act on the Social Security Scheme for Farmers. Incorporates changes with regard to the increase of the retirement age. Adds new sub-sections 19(1a) and (1b) dealing with adjusted retirement age for women and men respectively born in different years.

Article 4. Amendments to the Act of 18 February 1994 on retirement of police officers, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, the Military Counter-intelligence Service, the Military Intelligence Service, the Central Anti corruption Bureau, the Border Guard, the Government Protection Bureau, State Fire Service and the Prison Service and their families. When computing the retirement entailments the periods of disabled benefits allowance is to be included in the calculation.

Article 5. Amendments to the Act of 21 August 1997 concerning Military Courts. Makes changes to the retirement age concerning judges.

Article 6. Amendment to the Act of 13 October 1998 on the social insurance system. Makes changes in relation to the increase in retirement age.

Article 7. Amendments to the Act on Common courts.

Article 8. Amendments to the Act of 30 October 2002 on benefits in case of occupational accident or disease occurring in particular circumstances. Calculation of the spending for occupational accident prevention.

Article 9. Amendments to the Act on Supreme Court.
Article 10. Amendments to the Act of 20 April 2004 on promotion of employment and on labour market institutions, related to the retirement age elevation.
Article 11. Amendment to the Act of 30 April 2004 on early retirement.
Article 12. Amendments to the Act on funded pensions.
Article 13. Amendments to the Act of 19 December 2008 on Bridge Pensions.
Article 14. Amendments to the Act of 22 May 2009 on the teachers' compensation benefits.
