Amends articles 41 (term of election), 44 (deletes the words "Subject to the Constitution" and replaces with words "Not withstanding anything contained in the Constitution"), 193 (appointment of judges), 194 (oath of Chief Justice of High Court for Islamabad capital Territory), 208 (rules of High Court for Islamabad capital Territory), 270C (Judges).
