Abstract/Citation
Provides that "every child, regardless of sex, nationality or race shall have a fundamental right to free and compulsory education in a neighbourhood school." This includes all children including those with special educational needs between 5 to 16 years of age.
Repeals the Islamabad Capital Territory Compulsory Primary Education Ordinance (No. XIV of 2002).
